How Should I Diet The Day Before A Fitness Model Photo Shoot? I am going tomorrow around noon to get some body shots from a friend of mine who is a professional photographer. I want to look as defined and muscular as possible but keep finding conflicting information on what to, or not to eat the day before the shoot. Thanks

Feel as if my life is going nowhere and cant seem to find where to start! Help? I am 22 years old. I never attened college due to the fact that I was home schooled and the "move" to go to a public school/college was something that intimidated me. I now wish that I HAD actually gone to college... because now my life is going absolutely nowhere. I have been working at the same $8 an hour job for over 2 years now. I have never gotten even a raise. I was planning on enrolling in the Sheriff's academy last year... but I had a torn ACL from football and I had to have that repaired. I have since healed from it.. and tried to get back into the Sheriff's academy.. but only to be let down and not being able to attend due to my KNEE (yet again) not being in good enough shape yet. I've now had to postpone the academy untill October. So that means... I'm going to continue working this stupid $8 an hour job.. for at the minimum another 6 months. Then - if my knee even allows me - I will join the academy... but since I have ZERO college to back me up.. I dont know if I could even get a job in law enforcement because of the fact that the economy is so bad and I have no college other than the Academy itself. My girlfriend left me because she got tired of waiting for me to get my life on track. I want a home.. I want a family.. I want a life... I want to support my future girlfriend. I have no idea what to do or where to start. I am poor as hell and still living with my parents. These series of events that have kept me from getting into the Academy have really made my life hard. I am now second guessing the academy at all. I feel like a waste of life... I am 22... I need to do something... I need a career... but I have absolutely no way of getting one since I have no college... and I would go to college... but who's going to want to date a frickin 22 year old guy who's JUST starting college? I have no idea what to do. I need direction and help. Advice, please!?!? - p.s.- I do actually have talents and suchm.. that I was told could make work for me. I am a fitness model and also a photographer and I design video games. I am extremely talented with computers... but with the economy in CA... graphic design and computer games and even photography are near to impossible careers to achieve in California.

I'm a man and have been offered to do some modelling job for fitness products and...? But i do need to have a portfolio with professional pictures. All the photo studios offer just the set and the photographer of course. Where can I find some tips and ideas about how to prepare myself at the best? ...I know that professional models usually go on special diets before shooting pictures so they can have more muscles definition, exercise with light weights to pump themselves, use body oils etc, and girls of course have make up, tanning sessions and hairdresser. I cannot bring much stuff to the studio (expecially dumbells...).

How do I become a professional model? I have an idea of how to get myself out there, but I'm just a bit unsure about the comp cards and all that. How should I make it? what information should be on there, and how should it be set up? I know I don't need a professional photographer. And it's a bit easier now because agencies such as Ford Models and Elite allow you to send this information through the web, but I still wanna know how to make a tangible comp card. Furthermore, I need some help in the fitness and health department! lol. im a bit flabby and thick around my thighs---not too much in the regular world but in the modeling world I need some work haha. Any general tips about the modeling world in general? It's needless to say that it is a cut-throat business to say the least, because the world population already knows that. please help! i think i am completely a lost case.? i'm already 35 years old but in good shape. i'm a class "A" truck driver and I REALLY!! REALLY!! HATE THIS TITLE!! as well as loath this type of work simply, because it's just not me. However, (here-in) lays the problem."I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL ELSE TO DO" i've taken dozens of assesment tests and found out they don't help me much, because i want to be everything!!!!!!!...example.....i want to be a.....photographer,chef,massage therapist,graphic designer,fitness trainer,fireman,plumber,a writer,computers,dancer,hairstylist,electrician,model,dancer,actor,singer,and a musician. What do you guys think..i'm really screwed up eh!!!.
