I'm tall, 5'10". Young, 21. I have nice features, teeth, skin and hair. I have a medium sized frame. I'm not really tiny and thin... I lift weights.I'm good in front of the camera and am interested in doing bikini or commercial (not exactly "fitness") modeling...whatever can get me a lot of money while I get through college. I'm in shape. I go to the gym about 3-4 days a week.I would need to hit the gym 5-6 days a week, and have more intense workouts? I don't know a thing about this...what are the baby steps? I don't need to lose weight. I'm asking how to build more lean muscle.
