I am starting a modeling agency in the US and would like to know how to get work visas for female models?

For my new business I am hoping to recruit models in the Ukraine and obtain for them work visas to come to the US to work. Would this be a big or expensive task?

3. I am curious if this is a ploy to help Ukrainian woman come to US and marry AMericans, because it's been done. You would require a lawyer to fill in all the work visas. PS, if this is a ploy, the US knows about it and will look at every Visa request with a fine tooth comb. They have been cracking down on temporary work visas lately, and even revoked them from famous celebrities.
