To what end? If your race car is a sponsored car participating in a sanctioned series and you are looking for promo pictures for the previously mentioned sponsors, you will first want to check to see if such a picture will be appropriate for them. If it is, you then contact a modelling agency and they will normally provide a portfolio of available models - you are probably going to look for a fitness model type that can also do glamour. If your sponsor is actually requesting the shot, there is a good chance they already have such models available and all you need to do is ask when and where the photoshoot is and make sure the car is there. However, if your "race car" is just your normal commute car with an extra large exhaust tip, then the primary attribute you will seek in a female model is willingness! Second most important would be that payment won't be a major issue with them.
