What can I do to get swimsuit model abs?

I have been doing crunches for a while now and I need ideas on exercises I could do to get great abs.

  2. Outside of just building the muscles, you need to do cardio workouts like running or swimming in order to burn fat so people can see your abs. Good luck

  12. well im a guy and ive been working out on my abs for a couple of weeks and ive seen improvement. just look up the 300 challenge its what the acters did to get into shape in under 8 months so yeah check it out its rough but works

  14. you need a very low fat diet, as well as a variety of abdominal exercises, crunches and sit ups will not work all of your abdominal muscles. Check the internet for exercises to work different parts of your abs.

  19. Diet and exercise Eat a high fiber low carb/sugar diet. A good cardio workout will burn most of the abdominal fat. Interval training is very effective for burning fat. i.e. instead of running on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes, start with a 5 minute warm-up, then run for 2 minutes and take a 1 minute break then repeat this process 4 more times. Abdominal crunches will further tone and give your abs a washboard appearance.
