What can I do to get swimsuit model abs?
I have been doing crunches for a while now and I need ideas on exercises I could do to get great abs.

- Outside of just building the muscles, you need to do cardio workouts like running or swimming in order to burn fat so people can see your abs. Good luck

- well im a guy and ive been working out on my abs for a couple of weeks and ive seen improvement. just look up the 300 challenge its what the acters did to get into shape in under 8 months so yeah check it out its rough but works

- Just exercise a lot
- Diet and exercise Eat a high fiber low carb/sugar diet. A good cardio workout will burn most of the abdominal fat. Interval training is very effective for burning fat. i.e. instead of running on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes, start with a 5 minute warm-up, then run for 2 minutes and take a 1 minute break then repeat this process 4 more times. Abdominal crunches will further tone and give your abs a washboard appearance.
