how do i get good abs like a swimsuit model?
how do i make my stomach liek this girl in the bikini in the pic? http://www.kohls.com im not, but my stomach isnt that toned up either....how do i make it look more like that. basicly how do i lose all the fat on my stomach?

- y not b u instead of a model. but if u think u r fat ( probably not) jus do some sits ups
- Walking, situps and leg lifts will do the trick. Situps are difficult though, so don't do them every day - every other day is good. Work up to a goal of 200 situps and then stay there.
- cardio is the number one workout. run some laps and you will get that body
- go to the gym and do as many chin ups and sit ups as possible. you know youve done enough when you are tired and sore.
- I've been training with a personal trainer for three years and I can tell you there is no amount of exercise you could do to tone your stomach if your diet isn't tight. "Super Model" abs have more to do with genetics and diet than anything else. I train my abs about 4 hours a week and if my diet isn't right you'd never know it. Breakfast, lots of fiber, cut food at least 2 hours before bed time, 40 minutes of cardio at least 5x a week, low salt diet, no sugar, and plenty of protein are the only true "tricks" to great abs.
