What does it take to become a fitness model?
Precentage of body fat, etc.

- From what I see on TV, you have to be able to do a pushup with one leg slung up over your shoulder, while greased up with oil. Seriously, the % BF would have to be really low to show off all the working muscles, but not so low, that there is a generalized loss of energy and muscle catabolism(is that the right word for muscle breakdown?) So, I would guess you really need to have your body fat at the high end of LOW range, have your muscles developed, AND be very fit aerobically.
- I am afraid i cannot give such details as percentage of body fat etc, required for a fitness model. But, I may be permitted to give you a practical suggestion for you to become a perfect model. Please do learn yoga, from a reputed yoga school and practice it regularly. Body exercises, which would required doing postures with breath awareness; pranayama, breathing exercises and meditation will do a world of good for you. It will tone up your body mind and soul. You will lead a healthy, disease free life, in a cheerful and relaxed manner.
- a lot of work, hard work
- I don't know but the guy that I coach track with was a fitness model in his earlier twenties... before marriage and kids. I've seen some of his pictures, pretty awesome. I would ask him more about it for you... but then he might think I'm hitting on him, haha.
