female fitness model workout routine?
Can anybody post a typical female fitness model, female body builder workout routine? I heard they do 40 minutes cardio workout and at least 50 minutes weight training a day 6 days a week. is it true? thank you

- resistance training should never be done 2 days in a row, healing is more important then the actual workout, plus long cardio isnt affective.. great information and work out programmes at www.iwantsixpackabs.com
